I am trying to run my payroll but the fields are greyed outand says oh in all of them ?

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to pay your staff on time, with QuickBooks Online Payroll.  In your situation, I encourage you to contact us outside of Community.  This will provide a member of our Customer Care team with the ability to review your account, determine the cause, and provide the best course of action, so you can run payroll as scheduled.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
