I can't click on the employee to run payroll.

The possible reasons you can’t click on an employee to run payroll could be due to missing payroll details or because the employee has already been paid for the current payroll period, @msilva6425.
 

1. There could be missing payroll details (e.g., pay rate, tax info, or pay schedule assignment). I recommend checking the employee’s profile to ensure all information is complete by clicking the employee’s name in the Run Payroll window.
2. The employee could have already been paid for the current payroll period pay schedule. If needed, you can create another payroll to pay this employee by clicking the Create another payroll button.
