I can't find Quickbooks on my new Samsung Galaxy A10e after using Smart Switch. Anybody know how to access Quickbooks on a new phone?

Getting a new phone is really exciting! I know it can take some time to adjust to a new device, and accessing your QuickBooks Self-Employed account is definitely going to be a priority. I'll help point you in the right direction to resolve this.

 

If your new phone isn't displaying the QuickBooks Self-Employed app after you've downloaded it from the Google Play store or using Smart Switch, I recommend getting in touch with Samsung Customer Support for troubleshooting assistance. They're the best team to help you with anything related to your new phone. 

Alternatively, perhaps there's Community members here who may be able to shed some light on this for you. 

 

In the meantime, don't forget you can always access your QuickBooks Self-Employed account in the browser on your phone. Just go to to this site to login.
