If the paycheque was from 2020, you should be seeing the change reflected in your T4 slips. Since you're not, there may be a few things impacting this. The first is that the images and files in your browser's cache may be impacting the way QuickBooks functions. Giving the steps below a try, then viewing the T4 slips again should help you to determine whether the issue is a browser issue or runs deeper.
Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
