I have payroll set up with vacation pay paid out biweekly, and it calculates for my hourly employees but not my 2 commission employees even though its set to

Hi precise_bookeepi,

 

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  With QuickBooks Online Payroll, being able to pay your staff with confidence is key.  To ensure accurate calculations, I recommend following these steps;

 

1. Open Payroll and then Employees from the left menu

2. Select the employee name to expand their profile

3. Click Edit to the right of the Vacation Policy field

4. Use the ▼ dropdown menu and select the appropriate item from the list

5. Hit Save
