I have to change our business legal name. Will this freeze payroll transactions?

Changing your legal business name will not freeze payroll transactions, but it's important to understand how this change impacts your payroll tax forms, especially if you use QuickBooks for filing, @rotha. With that, I highly recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team.
 

Here's how:
 

1. Open your company file.
2. Click on the Help (?) icon.
3. Go to the Search tab, enter your question, and select the Contact Us button.
4. From there, you can choose to Chat with a live expert or get a Callback.
