The answer depends largely on how you've tracked these hours. If you use Time Tracking, you can run the "Time Activities by Employee Detail Report". To find this report, click the Reports tab on the left menu, then search the title in the search bar.
If you haven't been using time tracking to track the employees hours, there's no way to see their totals in terms of time. You're able to view year-to-date totals if you're using payroll, however this will show their total earnings, balances, and deductions/contributions.
