I need to cancel three months worth of Canadian paycheques. I've already paid the source deductions. Will deleting and re-issuing the paycheques affect source deductions?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll provides the option to remove paycheques, when needed.  However, re-creating them can cause a negative impact on other areas of your books.  For this reason, I encourage you to contact us outside of Community.  Our QuickBooks Online Payroll specialist will be able to work with you in real time, and ensure you're able to accomplish your goals and ensure your books remain balanced.
