I ran payroll as planned. I was just informed that hours were not reported correctly. I need to pay the difference. How do I rerun payroll for that period?

Based on what you've described above, you'll need to correct this using a Pay Edits template. This template allows you to enter your YTD info and you'll have to contact our support team for further assistance. Here's how: 

• Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
• Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
