I can direct you on how to go about sorting out how you can enter the previous payroll for your employees.
How you go about entered the previous information will depend on a few details, such as whether you've already been running payroll or not. In both instances, however, it means connecting with a member of our team by phone, chat, or social media. The reason for that is when you skip over entering historical payroll data, the program thinks you don't need that information and shuts the option off, and there will be other ways we'll have to go about entering that information which involves some steps on our end.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
