If i cancel just my payroll in qbo will i still be able to access all my employee data

Thanks for reaching out to us here. Sometimes it's necessary to cancel your payroll subscription in order to suit your business needs. Don't worry, I'll be happy to share more info on this so you can get back to doing what you love. 

Once you cancel your payroll subscription, you'll still have access to your payroll info for 6 months after the cancellation date. The time frame is different if you've asked us to complete your annual filings. In this case, you have until June the following year.
