How do I assign tool to an Employee using Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise
I am trying to set up payroll in QuickBooks for the first time. When I enter the Year-to- Date amounts and click save it does not save the information and leaves an error of unfinished information on the employee file.
How can a sick pay policy be added in QB online? I found an article that it can be created in settings but that option is not available to me.Thank you!
Hello,We recently moved our books from Sage50 to Quickbooks. I am now entering our employees previous pay chq information and at the bottom it asks to enter employer contributions. Am I supposed to enter the total of those contributions for all employees or just the total contributions for that single employee?
Hi there, I need to get some information regarding a loan (advance) given to an employee and how to enter the loan into Quickbooks online so it shows in the company records. The employee pays back part of the loan every week through a deduction from their paycheque( after taxes). I need to know how to enter this all as it was never done and the companies year end is upcoming. This loan occured in August of 2020 and repayments have been happening since then. None of this has been recorded to this date. The loan was a substantial amount.
Is there a way to change this to MXN?
What entries are needed to record the new Temporary Wage Subsidy for Employers in Quickbooks Desktop for Ontario?
We have a couple of employees that are Status Natives and therefore when we do work on a Native Reserve (which we occasionally do), those employees do not have to pay CPP on their earnings for those jobs. It is also reported on Box 71 of the T4. I am having trouble with setting up these pay types in quickbooks online. I am just wondering if you know some way to set up these payroll items that they will appear in the correct T4 box and not deduct CPP from certain hours.It is only the jobs where they are working on a reserve not all of the hours each pay for the employees.
Box 57 - 60 for my organization is still blank. wondering why that is. since we got an email confirming the auto-fill is completed. was the email sent in error? As the boxes are blank as I write. This is frustrating you know
