the standard provincial and federal taxes are paid and taken from their primary job.
I.e. my total payroll is roughly 8,000 biweekly. 3000, 3000 and 2000. In my expense log, it only shows an expense for 3000 each pay.
Can I do the payroll with this message? I want to be sure, the employees will receive their direct deposit on time (this week)

I've searched for this answer and it looks like all the threads regarding this have been removed. I think QB is somehow accessing my desktop to determine how many employees we have and then I get billed accordingly. If I look in my windows 'start' area I see under the user and admin log in it has an additional QBdataserviceuser33 - I noticed this awhile ago and deleted a bunch of them but they seem to just pop up again. How are they able to access my data when it has a password. I imagine I agreed to this in some fine print somewhere but I am very creeped out about this and would like to be able to block them. If they want to charge per employee I would much rather send a report than have them able to mess around in my highly confidential information.I guess my

After running the last payroll of the month, I want to access the PD7 form to make my remittance to the government. So far I can only find it once the month is over. We pay with a manual cheque, not through QuickBooks, and need ample time to have payment in government hands before deadline.
Hello,So i have an employee who wants to donate a portion of their paycheck to charity.How can i deduct this from their paycheck and remit it to the charity of their choice.This is just one employee and how do i make show it gets recorded into their T4.Would this show up on the financial statements?
