Yes, there's a way in QuickBooks Online to determine how many work hours each employee has by running a Time Activities by Employee Detail report.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Head to the Reports menu on the left side of your screen.
  2. Type Time Activities by Employee Detail report in the Search bar.
  3. Set the Report period you prefer.
  4. In the Filter section, choose Employee, Equals, then the name of your employee.

If you use QuickBooks Time, you can access the Itemized Total Time report, which shows the total hours tracked for each job or customer along with the team members who worked on them. Here's how:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to Time, then Overview
  2. Select Go to classic QuickBooks Time
  3. In the left side menu, head to Reports
  4. Click Itemized Total Time
  5. Filter the report, then hit Run report once done.
