Using Direct Deposit is a fast and reliable way to pay your staff. Don't worry, I'll be glad to give you a hand with setting Direct Deposit up so your staff can get paid on time.
QuickBooks offers a variety of features which allow you to streamline your business while you get ahead with your work. Once you've completed the initial direct deposit setup and verified the test transaction you'll need to set up each employee on direct deposit using these steps:
Once you've completed the initial set up your direct deposit settings screen will look like this. Select Set Up beside the desired employee.
From the What do you use to pay Employee? drop-down arrow, choose Direct Deposit.
Fill in the fields using the information from the employee's authorization form.
Select Ok.
This completes the set up process and you're now ready to use direct deposit to pay your employees.
