My create icon is missing - does anyone know how to get it back?

I want to assure you that the create icon has not gone missing and will show you where to find it. QuickBooks Online has been undergoing some updates, including the overall appearance of the program. One of the things that has happened is the create (+) icon has a new home. Where before it was in the upper right, you'll now find it in the left menu above the Dashboard option. It's also got a new name: +New.

I responded to another customer recently with the same question and included screenshots. I welcome you to take a look at my response here to see those images:  You've removed the settings icon from the top right ... now i cant't find the estimate button anywhere ... .
