One of my clients onboarded an employee incorrectly by entering the birthdate as May 2024. As a result, QBO payroll didn't deduct any CPP or EI. How can this be corrected

Welcome back to the Community! QuickBooks Online is a versatile program that's designed to help you streamline your payroll. I'll be happy to show you how to update an employee's birthdate. 

In order to change an employee's birthdate, click on Payroll > Employees > select the employee in question > next to the Profile tab headline, click on the pencil icon > from here you can scroll down to update the employee's birthdate. Make sure your changes are saved once you're done making the changes.
