Good day, 

 

I did my payroll on QB desktop and printed them but it shows under recent payroll that the status show that I still need to print them but I did how do I make that states completed without reprinting them?

You can change the status from To Print to Complete without reprinting, by clicking the Remove from print queue option in the Recent Payrolls section.

 

Go to the Recent Payrolls section, right-click the row marked To Print and select Remove from print queue. Then, click Yes on the confirmation message. After that, the status will update to Complete.
