What a pleasure it is, to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online makes it easy to locate your statement of source deductions so you can submit your remittance with peace of mind.  I'd be glad to assist!

Here's how to locate the PD7A;

1. Open Taxes rom the left menu, then Payroll tax

2. Click on the Payments tab

3. Click on Remittance forms (monthly), then PD7A

43 Select View and print archived forms

6. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the tax period

7. Hit View

8. Download or print the PD7A
