Prior paycheck only giving year to date does this effect chart of accounts or T4

Thanks for posting in the Community. I'd be happy to share more info about paycheques in QuickBooks. 

Depending on which account you use for your payroll, entering cheques will affect your Chart of Accounts and T4. To check this, click Accounting on the left Navigation menu > Chart of Accounts > locate the account in question > click on Account history and filter the transactions you're looking for. Keep in mind that this all depends on how you set your account up.
