QB payroll

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  I can understand that situations may arise, when it's necessary to submit your payroll in advance.  With QuickBooks Payroll, direct deposit must be submitted by the required lead time, to ensure your staff is paid on time.   However, you can submit it earlier, but there are a couple of areas that need special attention.  

When you run payroll, it's vital to select the appropriate Pay schedule, verify the Pay Period Ends date, and confirm the Cheque date.  Payroll will be processed according to these factors.
