Question

The payroll entries are not getting posted to the GL accounts. This started on March 1. Anyone else having the same issue?

We use the payroll in QBO. We ran a payroll on Feb 29 and Mar 14 and the transactions are not posting to any GL accounts.

When QuickBooks Online Payroll journal entries aren't syncing, it definitely causes some concern.  In this situation, the best course of action would be to contact us outside of Community.  Our Customer Care team will have the ability to gather the necessary information and look into this from the back end, so you can rest assured that your payroll journal entries will sync without error.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
