We have filed our T4's from the Employers end but our Employee's con NOT view their T4's on the Workforce app. How can I make their T4's visible to them?

I want to make sure your employees can access their T4s in the Workforce website. But before anything else, can you please share if they are getting error message or what kind of hurdle did they encounter? Any details will help me provide the accurate resolution to you.

Also, to ensure they can access the form, you need to send it first. Review the steps below:

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax, or click here to open Payroll Tax in a new window.
2. Choose the Filings tab and then Year-end forms.
3. Click on Employee copy of T4 slip.
4. Press View. Another tab will open with the PDF version of the T4 slip.
5. If the T4 slip is correct, select Send to employee on the T4 slip for employee page.
