What are the steps to paying my monthly payroll?

Running payroll with QuickBooks Online is the best way to streamline your bookkeeping and take advantage of an all-in-one solution for your business. I'm glad to hear you've just finished your first month using payroll with QBO. I'll explain how payment works. 

When you subscribe for QuickBooks Online payroll, whether it's Standard or Advanced, your payment for the service will appear on the same invoice as your monthly QBO payment, and will be processed through the payment method listed on your account. 

If you've just come off a free trial for payroll and you'd like to subscribe, click the Gear icon > Account and Settings > Billing and Subscription > Subscribe to payroll.
