Since we don’t want to display the company information in a public space, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team. They can add your account in a secure environment.
Here’s how:
In your QBO company, go to the Help menu to select the Contact Us link.
Enter contact support in the field box, and then click on the Let's Talk button.
In the contact us window, choose how you want to reach our support: Get a callback or Start a chat.
Provide this number to expedite the process: INV-33142.
The investigation also provides the engineers important data they can use to implement a permanent fix.
