When quickbooks withdraws money from the employers account to pay the salary for the employee, do you also pay to CRA on the same date?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to ensure your staff is paid on time.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're on the right track with with your QuickBooks goals!

Although your employees are paid through QuickBooks with the direct deposit feature activated, we don't submit payroll remittances to the CRA.  You'll record your Payroll Tax Payment and then submit the amount to the CRA outside of your QuickBooks account.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference.
