Where do I find the direct deposit form for employees to complete for payroll?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a seamless process for paying your staff on time.  Paying employees with direct deposit provides them with the benefit of tracking their finances while on the go.  I'll be happy to assist!

When you're setting up your employees, or have active employees, you can add or edit the way you pay them.  You'll see the link for the authorization form to print or send to them when you change the way they're paid.  Here's how:

1. Open Payroll from the left menu and then Employees

2. Select the Employee 

3. Click on the Edit ✎ beside Pay

4. Scroll down to 'How do you want to pay' section and click on the link to open the authorization form.
