Why am I unable to send the employees t4's vis Workforce?

My employees receive their paystubs through Workforce fine. When I created the T4's for 2025, I am unable to select employees as indicated in step 3 below - there are no employees shown. I have their T4's in QB and am able to print them etc. If you didn't send the T4 to your employees while preparing the T4s and year-end forms, or need to resend the T4 slips, follow the steps below: 1 - Select the Filings tab, then move down to the Done section. 2 - Select Send in the T4 Employee slips box. 3 - Select the employees that you would like to send the T4s through Workforce and select Submit. Ideas or suggestions?
