Why can’t I add my WealthSimple MasterCard?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online offers the ability to link your bank and credit card accounts, so your transactions can be uploaded automatically.  I would be happy to provide some insight here!

You can connect your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online seamlessly.  However, there may be times when your bank doesn't appear in the list.  This can happen if your bank doesn't connect to all types of accounts, or they aren't a participating financial institution with QuickBooks.  You can enter your bank's URL in the search field, or search by the issuing bank, located on the back of your card. If you're still unable to locate your bank, select Request, then enter the bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo at $60 one time license) as a workaround.
