If the status of the direct deposit says Pending, it means it's already approved. It will be processed one to two banking days before the pay cheque date. Then, QuickBooks will debit your bank account one banking day before the pay cheque date.
If it's already beyond the pay cheque date, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support team. This way, they can trace the transaction to see what happened to it.
Go to the Help icon and select Contact us.
Enter a brief description of your concern. Then, Continue.
