Question

Why is Payroll Tax filing function not working? If i dont pay it this weekend I will have to pay penalties.

    Please double-check that your payroll settings are configured correctly, particularly the filing deadlines for your payroll taxes. Also, please ensure that all employee information is complete and accurate. This includes Social Insurance Numbers (SIN), addresses, and tax details. Any missing or incorrect data can impede successful tax filings.

     

    If everything appears to be in order and the issue persists, we can use an incognito window to access the product with a clean slate as this could be a browser issue. Depending on your browser, you can use the following shortcuts:

      

    • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Option + P

     

    If it works, please return to your regular browser and clear the cache for a fresh start. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers.

     

    For effective record-keeping, you'll want to archive past payroll forms. Doing so will make it easy to access important information when needed.

    Filing our payroll tax is not appearing at all for the month of Feb which is due March 15th. It normally just appears with reminders. Previous months are in the archive. I cleared the browser data and cache without any change. This a ridiculous as I have not made any changes.

    1. Click on the (?) Help icon.
    2. Select the Search tab, then enter 'live support' in the Search questions, keywords or topics field.
