Question

3 days of bank transactions failed to come over to quickbooks, how do you then reconcile?

Hi Shirlee-

 

Have you tried Updating the bank feed on the Banking tab? If so and they are still not coming through; I have a couple recommendations for you. 

  1. Upload your missing transactions via a .CSV file. 
  2. Give us a call to investigate the missing transactions, we might be able to resolve the missing transactions and push them through to your account. However, this depends on the bank you're with, the type of connection, the banks website. We'd need to verify your account details and take a look at our banking tools to resolve this.

You can get a call back by following these steps:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. On the Search tab, click an article and select Contact us at the bottom. Then, enter the details of your concern.
  3. Choose how you would like to connect with them: either via Callback or Chat.
