Hello Can someone please tell me how to undo the previous bank reconciliation?

The Undo option for a reconciled period is only available in QBO Accountant. I'd highly recommend inviting your accountant to your company and let them undo your previous bank reconciliation.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear ⚙ icon.
2. Select Manage users and choose Accounting firms.
3. Select Invite.
4. Complete the required fields
5. Hit Save.
6. Your accountant will undo the entire reconciliation.
