Out Time in lieu started accruding all of a sudden since 1st August 2019. we haven't made any changed to QBO could you have done something in background system?

I have checked this issue here in our system and we haven't received any reports like this. That said, I'd recommend checking your employees setup. It could be that one of the authorized users changed their setup.
