Unable to see payments column in reconciliation

 I can show you where to locate the Payments column when reconciling, @circlesend.

Try to adjust the columns showing on your Reconciliation page by dragging them to the right or left. It's to ensure that the columns will fit the entire page on your screen. 

You can also click on the Gear icon below the Show me around link on the Reconciliation page and then remove the tick on the checkboxes to only view the default columns (Date, Payment, Deposit, and ✓). 

From here, you can now continue reconciling your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
