Why is my bank balance not correct when I upload the OFX file?

Let me provide some details about the bank balance in QuickBooks Online, @mflee.

The bank balance and QuickBooks balance will not be the same when transactions are imported manually. The Bank balance will only be changed or updated if the account is connected to online banking. 

If your financial institution is connected, you will unlikely see the bank balance and QuickBooks balance match. Our program is dependent on what your bank shares. Each financial institution has different time increments when they send the transactions.
