There isn't any reported incident as of yet with Hike products not syncing in QuickBooks Online. To isolate the situation, I recommend checking your Hike set up and verify the accounts used to track products/item.
From your Hike account, click on Products.
Click on the product name.
Under Primary information check what is the Inventory information and accounts used.
Furthermore, due to the limited information we have about third party apps. I recommend also contacting Hike support to ask about the set up to send product information to QBO and vice versa.
