Following recent updates to QuickBooks Online Accountant, document requests and comment tracking have moved out of the main work dashboard and are now managed individually inside each client's specific interface.

Here’s how:
 

1. Go to your Clients list from the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Click Edit on the name of the specific client you want to view.
3. Open their individual profile interface, then navigate to their dedicated Requests or Document section to check status updates and post comments.
