Hi @accmaster,

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I have some information regarding the QuickBooks Online Accountant's (QBOA) capability.

Currently, the option to create an account that's different from your region is unavailable. You can only add subscriptions the same as the type of your QuickBooks (SG version).

Though, it would be great to have this option in the QuickBooks Online Accountant, too. Our product engineers might be working to bring this feature over to this platform in the future. For now, you can check our QuickBooks Blog for product updates.

Also, I've attached some articles you can use if you'll have any trouble accepting client invites, as well as some troubleshooting steps you can use to locate missing clients, like how to sign-in info in QuickBooks:

Drop me a comment below if you have any other questions related to your QuickBooks subscription. I'll be more than happy to help. Wishing you a good one.

@accmaster

Ask your clients in Malaysia to open QBO Malaysia version.

https:// quickbooks.grsm.io/Malaysia

then ask them to invite you as the Company Admin-Accountant user if required. Otherwise, put yourself as the Primary Admin and let them pay the subscription fee to your end.
