certificate name correction

Congratulations on passing the QuickBooks Certification exam, Off. You can directly change your certificate name in your profile menu.

In QuickBooks Online Account (QBOA), the name displayed on your certification is determined by the name listed in your Intuit profile. To ensure your certificate reflects your name, let's update your profile accordingly.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to accounts.intuit.com using the same login credentials as your QuickBooks Online Accountant account.
2. Click on your profile next to the Gear icon.
3. Select Manage your Intuit Account.
4. Navigate to the Profile section.
5. Click on your name to edit it, then update it to your full personal name and click Save.

After updating your name, return to your QBOA account and start a new training session to trigger the certification update. Once you exit the training, the updated name will be reflected on your certificate.
