Hello I am trying to access the training to be able to recertify as a level 1 proadvisor please assist as I cannot access the Training area it just seems stuck

We can perform some troubleshooting to successfully access the ProAdvisor training courses, Sharon.

First, consider signing in to QuickBooks Online Accountant using a different web browser. If you can start a training course or exam in that browser, continue using it, as your original browser may not be compatible with our training systems.

You can also temporarily turn off the pop-up blocker of your web browser to see if that resolves the issue as it may block training courses and exams. Here are the links to guide you in disabling pop-ups for your specific browser:
