How do I know my current subscription/plan?

You can easily view your plan on the Billing and subscription page.

Here’s how:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Click Subscription and billing under Profile.
3. Your plan will be highlighted in blue.
    

Regarding the Projects menu, this feature is available in QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced. If you are currently on a different plan, you’ll need to upgrade your subscription.
