how to retrieve ProAdvisor Certification when I no longer working with the company?

Hi there, Jamela. No need to worry at all about your certification. You can still access it even if you've moved on from that firm, as long as you can open your QuickBooks Online Accountant account.

Here's how: 

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Accountant account.
2. Select the Training menu and click the Training & certification history link. Note: You can download past badges and certificates in the same section. Find the certification you need.
3. Select the icon in the Certification column.
