I have access to the QuickBooks Online Accountant Certification, is this the same as the Quickbooks Pro Advisor Certificate?

So I created an account and I have the global version, not the US one. I want to access the certifications (advanced online, payroll, etc.). Will I get access to that or will I only have the certification I can view right now which is Quickbooks Online Accountant Certification? If not, is there a way to get access to those certifications if you are outside the US?
