I have been using the trial, then QBO Simple Start for a month. There are at least two unresolvable, dealbreaking issues:1) The description field doesn't show up on the recent transactions list, nor on many other reports. 2) A split transactions shows up like that in the reports or exports, as a split with no details of exactly how the transaction was split. Sure, you can see it by using the "split" hyperlink, but that isn't a viable option for when you need to deliver printed reports.Which leaves me flabbergasted. What were you thinking? Holding on for the issue to be resolved at an undetermined point in future isn't an option either, neither is upgrading just to get basic functionality, that should've been there in the first place. Seems like going back to the desktop version is the only solution.
I just recently purchased QB Online Plus as service was expiring on my Desktop version. I am needing to customize all of my forms; invoice, estimate, etc. However, after watching the online tutorial, I do not have the option to create my custom forms. This is supposed to be included in my package. How can I get this option? This is an urgent request for information as I have a lot of items which need to be input and sent to customers. Hello All, My organization is just signing up for Quickbooks online. We wish to post transactions for the past accounting year April 2021 to March 2022. I also have all bank statements that these transactions passed through. Please what is the best way to go about it?. The transactions are not so much (an average of 10 per month) so I can post one by individually if need be. Looking forward to your advice. Thanks

We are a service company in the events Management Industry. The company was founded in 2019, and installed Quickbooks Essentials and Quickbooks Standard Payroll to meet its initial reporting and compliance requirements. The company has gone from strength to strength, despite Brexit and the Covid pandemic and is now looking at upgrading its reporting requirements and has appointed a new CFO who wants to put in place the correct reporting requirements for the business going forward to ensure that management information regards the performance of the business is robust for the future, especially the exit strategy of the shareholders. Hi, I set up our account, and when setting up the tax center I accidentally did not check the box to put VAT on purchases. Now when I set up a tax rate, it is not giving me the option to allocate a tax rate to an expense. How can I redo the set up for the Tax center? Thank you,Siddhi

Greetings, I had purchased a Quickbooks plan with a discount offer for 3 months at 70% off.Please find attached the screenshot of the discount plan.Now the reason I am writing to you is that your company has failed to honour the commitments. Neither has you company given me the 30 day free trial nor are you billing me at 70% for 3 months (as per my purchased plan).I see my transaction history and your company has billed me at 50% off. I see on your website that as of today you have updated the discount terms and at present you offer 50% off. But when I purchased the plan some days back, you were offering 70% off. So technically speaking, I signed up for the initial offer, when your company offered 70% off. But now you are not honouring the contract and are charging me at the current, higher plan which I, to the best of my knowledge, did not sign up for.
