Why my QBO accountant account does not have advanced training option?

I'm now doing the format spreadsheet of COA, can I put 4 or 5 -digits rather than 6 digits in the column of Account Number,does this fail to meet formatting requirements and cause the sheet import to fail?

Hello QB team and the community, I am writing for an issue concerning the chart of accounts (COA) I have setup manually some of “Assets and Liability” accounts basing on the default accounts and created a few of transactions then have AP & AR accounts getting the opening balance (Yes, I’ve researched some articles) But now there will be more than one hundred “P&L accounts “ need to be created. Just realized that it might not be a good choice that continue to do the manual input. I’m thinking that if I start to make the formatted spreadsheet for all accounts then import COA, do the current default accounts and those “Assets and Liability” accounts that I setup manually can be TOTALLY replaced?? It seems that the default accounts will still appear on COA list even though they were adjusted as inactive accounts. It is not a good view for me. When I added my fixed asset and placed the depreciation figure as a sub-account, is it not supposed to account for it every month? If not, how am I supposed to fix this issue? Can someone help, please?

Im running into issues with the 4000 character limit on estimates for terms and conditions. It seems to be a common issue, but a lot of people have grumbled about on the forum here.Anyways, a QuickBooks associate mentioned the only way to solve the problem was to upload a PDF of my terms and conditions to the estimate.Running issues with the solution because I have to manually add PDF each time I create an estimate because you can’t add an attachment to an estimate template. I even tried to create a default customer with a template that I attached the pdf to. My intention was every time I would create an estimate I could go into that estimate and duplicate it as the starting point, which would include the attached PDF, which I already attached to the estimate however, every time duplicate this estimate wipes out the attachments field. Under upper right corner Gears - Accounts and Settings - Company - there is a row for our Trade Registration Number (SSM number / company registration number), why is that row now missing?? Please fix this asap because every company and business needs to display this on their invoices by law. Note: I have tried incognito mode and on other browsers, all the same. this info is missing.
