Since your QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification badge isn’t appearing on Credly, there’s no need to request a re-issue. Instead, you can download the digital badge from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and manually upload it to Credly.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Accountant.
2. Go to the ProAdvisor in the left menu to view your certifications.
3. Click the Training tab.
4. Select Certified, then click Download Badge.
