Which subscription plan allows recording of gst payment. My current simple start plan cannot do it allow it allows report and filing of gst.

Subscription plan that allows the recording of GST payments are QuickBooks Online Essentials, QuickBooks Online Plus, and QuickBooks Online Simple Start. 

However, before recording the GST payments, factors to be considered first are reviewing what you owe and filing your return with the correct tax agency. After that, we can now proceed with recording your GST payments. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Taxes.
2. In the Returns tab, under Filed returns, find the return you just filed, then select Record payment.
3. Under Payment Type, then choose Payment.
4. Add these payment details:
   • Bank account
   • Payment date
   • Payment amount
   • Memo (optional)
5. Select Save.

You can see your payment details under the Payments tab.

Thanks for the reply. I have done step 1 to 4 that you have mentioned, but when I clicked save, the system prompted this error message : We're sorry. This feature is not included in your QuickBooks Online Simple Start subscription. (code: "-16972"). Attached screen shot FYI.
