Does anyone change the payroll chart of accounts into a single one? (as the GST centre uses the payg liabilities account, but payroll uses payg withholdings payable) ?

I know how to change it, i just dont understand why qbo uses 2 accounts, what is the benefit/risk of merging them to PAYG withholdings payable?
