How to mark as a paid a super that was paid through ATO clearing house rather than through BEAM?

Let me guide you on how to mark as paid the super payments processed directly to the ATO. Here's how to:

1. Click on the Payroll tab and choose Reports.
2. Click on Super payments.
3. Locate the sentence that says I do not wish to register with Beam. Proceed to the super payments screen. Then, click on the blue hyperlink word part.
4. Click on New manual super payment batch.
5. Filter the date range of the super contribution you wanted to mark as paid.
6. Click on Create batch option.
7. Click on Mark as paid on the top right page.

That's it! You've marked as paid the super payments you've paid directly to the ATO.
